What we did:
After conducting an extensive Internal Communications Audit across Kmart Group, Bunch was was brought in by our Communications Platform partner (Intelligent Communications Experiences) to establish and embed a new communications technology which would connect stores and frontline team members for the first time.
This required:
The creation of an integrated communications campaign to create desire to use the new platform.
Execution of a launch moment to signal the start of a new era of internal communication across Kmart Group.
Planning for change readiness to guide stakeholder engagement and development of a learning program to prime leaders and team members - delivered by our Change partner (Adaptive Change Mindset).
Our impact:
By conducting workshops with over 50 key stakeholders, we were able to uncover opportunities, challenges, and risks to inform our change approach. This led to the development of a meaningful change narrative for the platform, tailored to each unique audience, to drive awareness and adoption of the new technology.
Through the design of a creative visual identity for the platform, we were able to make supporting collateral (such as instructional videos, promotional flyer, quick reference guides, posters, digital assets, and a store launch kit) recognisable and memorable.
This led to 100% of Store Managers and Leaders downloading the mobile app and engaging on the platform upon launch.
