Nutrien Ag Solutions engaged Bunch to create a compelling EVP to help the organisation stand out in a competitive employment market.

Our process included:

  • Workshops and 1:1 leader interviews to gather key employee insights.

  • Identification of foundational EVP pillars and supporting descriptions.

  • Development of the EVP narrative to inspire and align leaders and employees.

  • Creation of a video to bring the EVP to life for leaders and employees.

By conducting workshops with over 50 key stakeholders, we were able to uncover opportunities, challenges, and risks to inform our change approach. This led to the development of a meaningful change narrative for the platform, tailored to each unique audience, to drive awareness and adoption of the new technology. 

Through the design of a creative visual identity for the platform, we were able to make supporting collateral (such as instructional videos, promotional flyer, quick reference guides, posters, digital assets, and a store launch kit) recognisable and memorable. 

This led to 100% of Store Managers and Leaders downloading the mobile app and engaging on the platform upon launch.
