Mars Petcare engaged Bunch to relaunch the Specialist Petcare Team at a conference in Queenstown. Having acquired the petcare business from Proctor & Gamble, they needed to incorporate two new specialist brands as well as a new team, communicate a vision for the combined team, install confidence and unity and provide clarity in communications to the wider Mars Petcare group and beyond.

The Brief

We created a distinctive identity for the team (ONE SPT) to be introduced at the launch and have a life beyond the conference as an identity that could be used internally. It was layered throughout presentations and activities and successfully provided the team with a brand to champion and a vision to work towards. In addition, we designed and delivered a series of engaging and unexpected bonding experiences, a unique format designed to ignite collaboration, unite the team and encourage them to ‘get on board’, with language and assets that helped tell a story.

The overall experience positioned the ONE SPT team as a distinct and united group and as the leading team to work for within the Mars Petcare Group.
