Identify and securing prospective talent is one of the biggest challenges any company faces. Bunch were asked to help an FMCG client develop and deliver an innovative HR Graduate Program designed to identify and test the very best prospective interns to work with the company, both locally and globally.
We worked very closely with the client to bring the program to life via a two day experience in Melbourne. Our role included full project management, inclusive of venue selection, environmental design, creative and film as well as full event production of the working sessions and the after party activities.

The experience was hailed a huge success with over 70 pre-screened students put through their paces and a record number of students progressing through to selection into the intern program. The event was so successful we are currently working with the client on a repeat of the program with over 300 students applying for places.
